A Notice to Trainers, Owners and Exhibitors from the NHSC

The NHSC is concerned that some horses may be inadvertently changing divisions between Show Pleasure and the Performance Division.

Rule VI, Article A, Section 12. reads as follows: “Changing Divisions. Within a calendar year, a horse may not be allowed to change divisions more than once (except as between Park Pleasure and Plantation Pleasure, not at the same show) unless there is a bona-fide and recorded change of ownership. a lease will constitute a change of ownership without being recorded. (Rule Change, Effective 2/28/01)
