NYPD and Tim Gray made their first show of the season a winner claiming the Championship of the Columbia Spring Jubilee Saturday night.  This is their first show of the year and their ninth straight win over the last three years.  They were last defeated at Gallatin, Tennessee as a three-year-old.

   Tim and his horse have won the Three-Year-Old World Grand Championship and the Four-year-Old World Grand Championship the last two years and are consifdered by many to be the horse to beat this year for the World Grand title.

   This outstanding stallion is owned by the Rick Compton family and has been shown 14 times during his career.  He has won nine blues, two reserves, one third, one fifth and one sixth place ribbon.  The last two years he has shown at the Pulaski, Tennessee Show in July as his final appearance prior to the Celebration.
