The west coast Walking Horse world was deeply saddened upon learning of the automobile accident that took the life of Angela Sizenbach of Carlton, Oregon. Coming just two days after the Vancouver show, her loss occurred on rain-slickened streets as she drove home from work. As a member of the Jake Price Stables family, Angela and husband, Brad Waddle owned and showed several horses, but none more regarded than the beloved, "Oprah", who won the Futurity Three-Year-Old Performance class at the Vancouver show with proud owners cheering them her own. The mare`s Reno appearances two weeks later were her best ever, and, though difficult for all concerned, were done as a tribute to Oprah`s #1 fan.

Angel`s flamboyant presence, which was charactorixed by her spiked red hair and a decidedly irreverent sence of humor, always made the horse shows livelier and generated lots of laughs. The outpouring of sympathy is truly appreciated by her family as they cope with their loss. She will be missed.
