Faye W. Mary, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Arcadia, LA, passed away Monday, May 25, 2009 at Ollie Steele Burden Manor at age 87.  She was a retired Office Manager at the L.S.U. Livestock Show Office and of the Methodist faith. She was also the heart and soul of the Baton Rouge Horse Show, when it was a big time horse show for Walking Horses and Saddlebreds, featuring the famous Red Eye Party.

Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government Street, Tuesday, May 26, 2009 from 5 pm until 8 pm and Wednesday, May 27, 2009 after 9 am until religious services at 10 am. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. 

Mrs. Mary is survived by her son, Richard Mary, Jr., and wife, Cheryl, Baton Rouge, a brother, Rev. Lorris Wimberly, Jr., and wife Becky, Loranger, and two granddaughters, Diane Louw and husband Gerald, and Laura Mary, all of Baton Rouge. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Mary, Sr., the inventor of the three-judge Mary System.
