Obituary – Gregory Shealy

Gregory Harold Shealy, age 68, of Tallapoosa, Alabama, passed away March 28, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Tallapoosa on August 17, 1954, the son of the late Milton Shealy and Marynell Roberts Shealy. He was a horse trainer and a member of Campground Methodist Church in Muscadine, Alabama.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Annaleece Shealy.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Kilgore Shealy; children, Kristel Walters (Will Hodges), Joseph Shealy (Kira) and Thomas Shealy (Kayla Kinney) all of Tallapoosa; a brother, Jack Shealy of Tallapoosa; grandchildren, Jacy Walters, Willow Hodges, Kameron Hodges, Avery Hughes, Jackson Shealy, Hunter Kenney, Fischer Shealy; and many others that meant much to him.

Services were held Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 2:30 PM EST at Campground Methodist Church Cemetery in Muscadine, Alabama with the Reverend Rusty Kennedy officiating.
