Obituary – Lavonia Lynn Wyatt

Lavonia Lynn Wyatt, age 51, of Tuscaloosa, died June 17, 2008, at Hospice of West Alabama after her battle with cancer.

Survivors include her husband, Buddy, and sons Wesley, Bradley and Jeremy Wyatt and several other family members and friends.

Lynn was a devoted wife and mother who brought joy to the lives of everybody she met. Music was her passion. She loved singing, playing piano and being a member of her band, Silver Creek. Lynn and her family also made several lifelong friendships with their many Tennessee Walking Horse friends. The Wyatt’s owned such horses as Doc Vegas, Undercover Dolla, and owned in partnership Lined Walkin’. Her sweet spirit and good heart will truly be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Thursday, June 19 at Magnolia Chapel South on Old Greensboro Road, as well as one hour prior to services on Friday at Oak Grove Baptist Church. Memorial Services will be at 2 pm Friday at Oak Grove Baptist Church.
