Harry Leon "Sarge" Sargent, 85, passed away on March 28 at home after a lengthy illness. Sargent grew up in Memphis, Tenn., and graduated from Humes High School. He was a pilot in WWII and Korea, a great jazz drummer and a world-renowned horse photographer. Sarge traveled the world hunting and fishing. He truly lived life to the fullest.

            Sargent leaves behind his wife of 27 years, Julie; son, Scott; three grandchildren, Taylor, Alex, and Samantha Sargent, all of Memphis; and one brother, Don Sargent of Mississippi.
