The number of visitors to the Walking Horse Report On Line site increased last week to 20,593 over the previous week total of 17,797, an increase of 2,796 visitors or a whopping 16% increase.  The week of August 22-28 featured four days of the Celebration and is largely responsible for the increase.

The section of the site attracting the most attention was horse show results, followed by the High Point Report and the daily show stories.  The Report site was apparently the only site also posting the results live for the day classes and posting a show story as a number of new subscribers signed up during the week from sites that did not offer this coverage.  Access to the site is free of charge but subscribers must register.

Other interesting statistics for the week were 497,248 hits, an increase of 27% or 104,748 over the previous week.  The Report site averaged 2,942 visitors per day, also a 16% increase.  Each of these visitors spent approximately ten minutes on line with some days averaging over 12 minutes of time per visit.
