The Kentucky Walking Horse Association Board of Directors held a meeting on Sunday, October 12, 2008 in Lexington, Kentucky. President Earl Rogers, Jr. and 1st Vice- President Gary Oliver addressed the Board and voluntarily stepped down as officers of the Kentucky Walking Horse Association. 2nd Vice-President Joe Herald will serve as President for the remainder of 2008.

The Board discussed plans for the annual meeting and looks forward to the celebration of a great year for the Kentucky Walking Horse Association and the walking horse industry.
