An article in the Shelbyville Times Gazette mistakenly said that Sand Creek Farm would be under suspension by the USDA in connection with the Billy Gray suspension announced earlier this month. Gray has not been associated with Sand Creek Farm since selling it several years ago.

The farm and the sales are now owned by Bob Kilgore and Neal Holland and is unaffected by the ruling in the Billy Gray case. The farm was purchased from Gary in 2002 by Larry McLaughlin who subsequently sold it to Kilgore in 2003. The farm and sale will continue to operate as it has in the past.

“We’re having our spring sale this weekend and we’re expecting a really big turnout,” said Kilgore.
