SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. On Thursday July 3, 2008 the Ladies Auxiliary held their annual Money Tree Classic Horse Show. This marked the second year in a row to have it over the forth of July holiday weekend from the former May/June date. Voted the best One Night Horse Show of the year in 2007 this show was once again a success. Herbert Derickson judged the 32-class event.

“We had a great horse show with a great crowd. It was great to see so many champions and world grand champions at our show.” Said show manager, Stephanie Rose.

Many barns won multiple blue ribbons including: Mickey McCormick Stables, Rising Star Ranch, Brock Tillman, Bobby Clark Stables, Allan Callaway Stables, Webb Stables and Jason Day Stables
