S.1406 Set For Senate Committee Markup

The Senate companion bill to the PAST Act, S.1406 is scheduled to go for markup before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation on Wednesday March 5, 2014. The executive session of the hearing will be web cast on the committee’s web page at 1:30PM CST.

The committee chair is Senator Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) and the ranking member of the committee is Senator John Thune (R-SD). The committee will consider several pieces of legislation and nominations.
