SHOW To Affiliate Colt Previews/Barn Parties At No Cost

SHOW will offer affiliation to Colt Previews/Barn Parties at no cost other than paying the DQP session fee and mileage. SHOW feels this is a positive step in helping to insure HPA compliance at these events and keeping the responsibility of enforcing the Horse Protection Act from that of the barn owner(s).
