SHOW would like to issue the following  reminder and clarification of rules regarding Country Pleasure and Trail Pleasure Classes. 

• Country Pleasure is always an amateur class.

• Trail Pleasure is an amateur class with one exception.  A show may offer open trail pleasure classes for horses under the age of four.  However, the show must offer an identical class for amateur riders.   As an example a show may offer a 3 year old open trail pleasure class if it also offers an amateur 3 year old trail pleasure class, or a 4 and under open trail pleasure class which must accompany an amateur 4 and under trail pleasure class.
