In an effort to keep those within the walking horse industry informed concerning the communications between SHOW HIO and the USDA, Celebration/SHOW CEO Dr. Doyle Meadows released the following letter he received from Dr. Chester Gipson, Deputy Administrator, Animal Care, USDA following The Celebration's® Spring Fun Show.
