SHOW Rulebook Addendum as of April 3, 2017

Fine Harness: The following are legal bits for Fine Harness, no exceptions: O-ring snaffle, D-ring snaffle, full cheek snaffle, half cheek snaffle, Liverpool, Butterfly Liverpool and a Kimberwick. Shank not to exceed 4 1/2" on any bit.

Amateur Owned & Trained: A horse entered in a show in the Amateur Owned & Trained division cannot be shown at the same show by a professional in an open class unless the horse changed ownership during the show.
