Southern Championship canceled

Georgia Walking Horse Exhibitor's Association President, Jack Kirk, announces the cancellation of the Southern Championship Charity Horse Show scheduled for June 12-13, at the Heard County Arena in Franklin, Georgia.
The Association regrets not having this show, but after discussions with the State of Georgia and local governmental groups, it is clear that show management cannot meet all the requirements necessary for the safety of all exhibitor's, officials, volunteers, staff and spectators. Sponsorships collected will be returned and GWHEA appreciates all your support. The Southern Championship Horse Show will be rescheduled in 2021, a date will be announced at a later date.
GWHEA is pleased to announce that GWHLA (Georgia Walking Horse Ladies Auxiliary) Horse Show will now be on June 13, 2020 in Phoenix City, Al at the Exchange Club Horse Arena. The Report will post the class schedule as it becomes available.
