Stallion Breeding Report Deadline Reminder
Thursday, October 8, 2015
The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association reminds all members that the deadline for Stallion Breeding Reports to be filed is October 15 as it has been for several years. All TWHBEA members are required to pay $25 per stallion to file a breeding report; the charge for non-members is $100 per stallion.
All mares bred, listed by their registered names and registration numbers, as well as last breeding date are required. Failure to remit the $25 fee for the stallion report at time of submission, or within 30 days of receipt in our office, increases the report filing fee to $100. TWHBEA encourages all members to send in stallion breeding reports on time to avoid the increased charge.
Stallion reports cover the period from October 1 through September 30 each year. The report must be postmarked no later than October 15 each year. The stallion report must be in the Association office, and fees received, for registration of any foals resulting from that report.
