Stormy’s Lightning Joins Rising Star Stallions

Rising Star Ranch is proud to announce Reserve World Champion Stormy’s Lightning has relocated to its facility as the latest addition to the breeding division, giving discerning mare owners yet another diverse breeding choice under the Rising Star banner.

A product of the famed Gribble Farms breeding program, Lightning is the 2006 Reserve World Champion Model Stallion and originates from one of the most popular and successful gene pools available. He is a full brother to World Champion Pride’s Midnight Express and multi-titled show ring champion Stormy’s Midnight Express, as well as Stormy’s Ruby, the dam of World Grand Champion Jose’ Jose’. Also produced from these bloodlines were noted producers Stormy’s Rebel Queen, dam of World Champion San Juan and Stormy’s Roseanna, dam of World Champion N.Y.P.D.
“Lightning’s gentle nature, intelligence, and his classic good looks make him a perfect choice for anyone seeking to maintain these proven bloodlines in their breeding program,” says Rising Star Ranch stallion manager Mike Hicks.
Stormy’s Lightning may be seen soon at www.attherisingstar.com and visitors to the farm are always welcome. The Rising Star Ranch breeding division may be reached at 931-680-0608, ext. 2.
