Texas Joe Black, owned by Kathy and Steve Zeis, will pay $10,000 to the first foal bred in the 2015 breeding year (October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015) that wins a Pleasure World Championship or a Performance Horse World Championship under saddle, at the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration. The first Texas Joe Black 2015 bred colt to win a Halter World Championship at the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration, as either a weanling or yearling, shall receive a $2,500 incentive payout.
