Third grade students from Thomas Magnet Elementary School in Shelbyville, Tennessee toured the city of Shelbyville last week with one stop being the Celebration grounds. Celebration CEO Mike Inman spoke to the kids explaining the significance of the Celebration to the local economy. The kids were impressed to learn their hometown is the walking horse capitol of the world and that the Tennessee Walking Horse is the only breed of horse to have a state name in it. Blaise Broccard was also on hand to greet students, who had an up close and personal chance to love on one of her performance horses.
