On Sunday, April 28th, Tan View Farm which is owned by Curtis and Jean Williamson, Kathy Owen's Double Springs Farm and the John Harney family's Stonewall Farm were all in the path of destruction of a tornado that hit Rutherford County. Owen's barn suffered the most damage. However, Tan View Farm and Stonewall Farm were both heavily damaged. No horses were injured in the disaster. Lytle Creek Farms offered a helping hand to these farms, volunteering to stable horses until other arrangements can be made.
