TWHBEA Agrees To Negotiate with WHTA and WHOA

At an early morning meeting of the Executive Committee of the TWHBEA Board of Directors it was decided without disagreement to issue the following statement. The TWHBEA agreed to enter into intense negotiations with WHTA and WHOA to discuss the details of the HIO Sanctioning Plan acknowledging that remaining within the NHSC is a possibility.

Jerrold Pedigo made this announcement in the TWHBEA Annual Membership meeting under old business and there was no additional discussion.
