Lewisburg, TN – The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA) is pleased to announce that as of May 1, 2008 full adult memberships will include either a free foal registration or a free transfer. Previously full adult members received one free foal registration per year, now they will have the option of choosing either a free foal registration or a free transfer each year.
