TWHBEA Dismisses Charges Against Stout

The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' & Exhibitors' Association's (TWHBEA) executive committee met on December 5, 2013 and in executive session voted to dismiss all of the charges against Pat Stout.  Stout previously sent a push poll to the members of TWHBEA without approval of the executive committee.  The postcard mailing used the TWHBEA logo in multiple locations and appeared to be an official mailer from the association.

The actions by Stout enraged many within the association and complaints were filed regarding her deceptive actions.  The vote was taken in executive session and no other information was provided regarding the discussion or vote count.

The executive committee also took action to dismiss all of the complaints filed against the executive committee members individually by TWHBEA member Nathan Jackson.  The TWHBEA general membership meeting will be held on December 6 with the International Board meeting and election to be held on December 7.
