TWHBEA Enjoys Enthusiastic Response

LEWISBURG, Tenn. -  The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA) would like to express its gratitude for all of the kind and overwhelmingly supportive comments expressed via phone calls, emails and Facebook posts regarding the hiring of Ron Thomas as Executive Director. We are truly humbled by the enthusiasm of our members and constituents. TWHBEA would also like to acknowledge those that have recently renewed their memberships or rejoined the association. It is our hope that this is but the first step on the way to a bigger and brighter future for your association and our great breed.

The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' and Exhibitors' Association (TWHBEA), headquartered in Lewisburg, Tennessee, is the oldest and most prestigious organization devoted to the promotion of the breed. Founded in 1935, the breed registry was established to record the pedigrees of the Tennessee Walking Horse. Its goal is to maintain the purity of the breed, to promote greater awareness of the Tennessee Walking Horse and its qualities, to encourage expansion of the breed, and to help assure its general welfare.
