TWHBEA Hires MJM Global Search

The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' and Exhibitors' Association today announced that at the September executive committee meeting, the board determined that it was in the best interests of the Association to retain a search firm to aid in the recruitment of an Executive Director. MJM Global Search has been employed to assist the Association in filling this position.
MJM Global Search is an Executive Search firm that has been in business for 11 years. They have provided Executive Search services for a variety of industries, from Fortune 500 companies to small service organizations. They are a part of Management Recruiters International, which has over 1,100 independently owned offices worldwide. Their office has been recognized as one of the top 10% of the offices in the MRI network.
Jim Harlin, a co-founder and partner of the firm, was employed by the Arabian Horse Registry from 1975 until 1992. “This gives me a unique understanding of the horse world and of the organizations that promote and support the various breeds.
