Lewisburg, TN - The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ And Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA) is pleased to announce a new program that, for a nominal fee of $20, will allow anyone that has sold a registered Tennessee Walking Horse to inform TWHBEA and have created an official statement that the horse has changed ownership. Separate from a complete transfer, this official statement will simply denote that the horse has changed possession, thus providing legal documentation that the seller is no longer responsible for that horse.

"As we’ve continued to look for ways to better serve the Tennessee Walking Horse community, we became aware of a need for a quick and efficient way for sellers to remove horses they’ve sold from their responsibility. This new option will help those sellers and the community at large by helping us keep more accurate records,” remarked TWHBEA President Marty Irby.
