The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' Association President, Jack Heffington, announced the hiring of Thomas Derickson as the Chief Financial Officer of Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' Association, effective November 17, 2021.
Derickson received his B.S. degree from Middle Tennessee State University with a major in finance and a minor in business administration where he maintained a GPA of 3.5.
He has extensive ties to the Tennessee Walking Horse having shown horses all his life. His parents, Herbert and Jill Derickson own 4 The Glory Farm, and both his maternal and paternal grandparents were and are extensively involved with Tennessee Walking Horses.
