SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration will have two levels of grounds fees for horses entered at the 75th Annual Celebration to be held August 21-31, 2013.  Horses that are renting a stall for the 2013 Celebration will continue to have a $75 grounds fee, the same as in 2012.  Horses stabled off the grounds and do not rent a stall will be charged a $190 grounds fee this year.

For barns that rent multiple stalls for multiple entries during the 11 days of the show, the fee structure will still apply.  For example a barn that rents 10 stalls but enters 20 different horses will have 10 $75 grounds fees and 10 $190 grounds fees.  The grounds fee applies to individual horses entered, not the total number of entries.  For example a horse that enters four times at the Celebration will still only be charged one grounds fee.
