Update on Kentucky Lawsuit

A meeting was held on Monday April 30, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. in Bowling Green, Ky. concerning the lawsuit that was filed by the concerned citizens for true horse protection. Attorney David Broderick was in attendance to announce that a new judge has been assigned to hear the case, which is the honorable Judge McKinnley of Owensboro, Ky. The case will be heard in the next 35 to 60 days. Once the case goes to trial, daily updates will be available.
