The Walking Horse Report has learned that Bruce Vaughn will replace Bill Stricklend as Vice President of Horse Shows at the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' & Exhibitors' Association (TWHBEA).  Stricklend resigned, citing personal reasons on January 16, 2009.
