In order to provide Christmas for needy children in Bedford County, the Walking Horse Trainers’ Youth Council will be hosting fund raising events at both the Tunica Fall Classic and Walking For The Angels shows. 

A raffle for a chance to win a Yeti Cooler will take place at the Tunica Fall Classic. Tickets are $10 each. The winning ticket will be drawn Saturday night in Tunica. You must be present to win. 

The Youth Council will also be doing their popular Pony Toss at the Walking For The Angels Horse Show Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015. 

Youth of the industry…mark your calendars and get your parents to bring you to the Youth Council Fall Festival. On Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, the Youth Council will host the event at Pleasant Valley Farm (formerly Waterfall Farms) in Shelbyville, Tenn., from 6:30-10PM. Come enjoy food, a hay ride, a bonfire and fun times with all the youth. 

The End of the Year meeting will take place at Charlie Green Stables on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 at 11am. At this meeting new officers will be elected for 2016 and plans will be made for upcoming get together and events.
