SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. – The Walking Horse Owners’ Association held its second WHOA Versatility Show at Waterfall Farms on May 17, 2009. This show was rescheduled from earlier in the month due to the bad weather that hit Tennessee. Billy Dean judged the event.
