WBIR, the NBC affiliate in Knoxville, Tenn., aired a feature on Winding Creek Stables in Kingston, Tenn. last night on their local news program.  As part of the feature, WBIR conducted a site visit to Winding Creek Stables and interviewed owner Terry Dotson and trainer Travis Craft.

The piece also featured an interview with Dr. Michael Blackwell, who was recently placed on staff at the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS).  Dotson and Craft welcomed the crew from WBIR and allowed them full access to the facility, horses and equipment used in the Tennessee Walking Horse industry.  The USDA declined requests from WBIR to be interviewed for the story.
