The Walking Horse Owners Association (WHOA) has announced the results of their 2003 election. The following have been elected to a 3 year term as a Board of Director for WHOA. Frank Neal of Nashville was re-elected to a third year as President. The new directors were Jean Baum, Mandy Dawn, Suzy Johnson, Bob Lawrence, Jane Meredith, Kathy Owen, David Pruett, and Lynn Womack.
