WHTA Auxiliary upcoming events
Thursday, August 10, 2017
The Walking Horse Trainers' Auxiliary is hard at work year round, especially during the Celebration.
Upcoming events during the show are:
Celebration Meeting on Sunday, Aug. 27th @ 11:15 on the porch of Finish Line Farm.
The always popular Celebration Dog Show is at 1:00 pm in Champions Arena on Sunday, Aug. 27th.
This is a huge event for the community so be sure to spread the word and plan to participate with your favorite 4 footed friend.
Also, the always prestigious Walking Horse Trainers' Auxiliary Class is set for Wednesday night, August 30th.
This is a very special members only class and always proves to be one of the most competitive classes
of the Celebration. This year (even though it is on Wednesday night) we encourage our exhibitors to wear
their formal attire and keep the tradition of this class being a very special championship class!
In addition to all the typical world championship honors the winner will be receiving a bouquet of
roses in memory of the former World Champion Auxiliary horse Countdown Heatwave.
Lastly, mark your calendars for the Money Tree Fall Classic. This new show will be held
in Calsonic Arena on Friday September 22, 2017. More details will follow on this show.
The Walking Horse Trainers Auxiliary members work hard to provide yearly support to many therapeutic
riding clubs, for college scholarships and at events within our industry.
