WHTA Ethics Committee Takes Action

Dear Mr. Jones,
This letter is to inform you that the Ethics Committee of the WHTA is conducting an investigation into a report of an incident that occurred on February 2, 2007 at the Kentucky After Christmas Sale at Tattersalls in Lexington, Kentucky. It has been called to our attention that you may have violated the code of ethics of the WHTA. We formally request your presence at this hearing into this matter on February 26, 2007 at 9:00AM CST at the WHTA offices. We strongly urge you to attend this hearing to present your side of this incident. Your failure to attend could result in our having to suspend your trainer’s license and privileges as a member of this association.
