WHTA Trainers' Show Location Vote



The following is a release from the Walking Horse Trainers' Association:

Dear Licensed Trainers,

On May 25, 2011 the WHTA Board of Directors voted to RECOMMEND to the General Membership the following two (2) locations for the 2012 National Trainers Show event. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE.  Your BALLOT  will be Page 1 of the June Newsletter that will be mailed out Friday June 10, 2011.  Please note the deadline date of July 1, 2011.  Vote for only one.

**Shelbyville, Tn.  (Calsonic Arena, Celebration grounds)
Site Fee:  none
Dates:  March 15, 16, 17, 2012
Stalls:  $12.50 per day
Vendor Space:  $18 per space per day
Donation:  Sponsorship Scale:  400-449 entries will receive $7500
                               Under 200 entries-$0

                   City of Shelbyville:  $10,000

**White Pine, Tn. (Great Smoky Mtn. Expo Center)
Site Fee:  none
Dates:  March 22, 23, 24, 2012
Stalls:  $40 for entire week
Vendor space:  no charge
Donation:  ETWHTA plus interested individuals have confirmed
           $21,650.00 with more donations being secured.
