The Walking Horse Owner’s Association High Point rules are: for a horse to receive points, the owner of the horse must be a current member of the Walking Horse Owners's Association and must be the registered owner on the papers at the TWHBEA. For the WHOA National High Points Award any affiliated horse show that provides the shows results (within 30 days) to the Walking Horse Report are counted for the Annual WHOA National High Point presentation at the WHOA Convention.
