SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. – A huge crowd met Honors and Larry Edwards at the Celebration Saturday evening, Sept. 2, 2017, at the meet and greet for 2016 WGC Honors in front of the Blue Ribbon Club on the final night of the Celebration. It was supposed to be from 6 to 7 p.m. but the crowd met him upon arrival before time and he never went into his beautifully prepared stall by TWHBEA.

“This was really a big deal for the us,” said Gary Edwards. “They love this horse and even though Honors has been bred for two years and still he loved every moment of them petting him for two hours. He was petted and posed with by so many people. We are very appreciative of the public’s love for this great horse.”

Honors posed for two hours much to the delight of the tremendous crowd while everyone who wanted to loved and petted on this awesome stallion. Larry Edwards signed over 300 autographed photos and more than 750 photos were taken.

“He thinks he’s a rock star, raising his head and posing for the camera, then dropping his head and relaxing while they petted him, then posing again for over two hours,” said Paige Edwards.
