The Walking Horse Owners Association represented over 1200 members in 2025. Many of those members support other organizations and HIOs, including PWHAT, NWHA, Kentucky HIO, SHOW and AHS. We feel it would not be in WHOA’s best interest to force its members to make a choice of one HIO or organization over another. Therefore, WHOA will not take part in the Inclusive Alliance at this time.
