Ballot Return Deadline Reminder
Wednesday, October 14, 2015
The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association reminds all members that the deadline for returning the voting ballots of the International Board of Directors, for the term beginning December 2015, is October 15 instant. All return ballot envelopes must be postmarked by midnight on the 15th of October and addressed to the accounting firm, as shown on the return envelope provided.
Reminders issued previously encouraged those who did not receive a ballot in the mail to email or call the TWHBEA HQ office at 931.359.1574 to be sent a replacement ballot. Be advised, that as of this notice, no replacement ballots will be mailed from the accounting firm due to the time constraints of members receiving and returning the postmarked ballot return envelope prior to the October 15, 2015 deadline.
