Todd and Robin Smith of Woodburn, KY, are excited to announce the birth of their second child, Carly Ann Smith. Baby Carly was born on June 11 weighing 8 pounds 3 1/2 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches in length.  Carly joins big brother Carson. Todd is the owner and trainer of Todd Smith Stables located at Highland Stables in Bowling Green, KY. Both mommy and baby are healthy and doing well.
