Thad and Erica Way welcomed their first daughter, Elliott Ann Way, on December 17, 2015.  She weighed 5 lbs. 13 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long. Grandparents are Jack and Bentley Way, Jake and Elizabeth Thornell and Herbert and Jill Derickson.  The family resides in Starkville, Miss. where Erica is employed by Mississippi State University and Thad is employed by Byrum Construction, Inc.
