Donnie and Lisa Cummings of Bowdon, Ga., proudly announce the birth a grandson, Seth Morgan Bolan. He was born July 14, 2003. His big brother is Shawn Bolan and the proud parents are Joshua and Samantha Bolan of LaGrange, Ga.
