Carter County Shrine Horse Show Successful Again

OLIVE HILL, Ky. – The Carter County Shrine Club hosted its annual mid-summer horse show on July 31 and Aug. 1, 2009. This show has been very successful and well attended for many years. Derrick Bonner judged the walking classes for the two-day event. Hardly Able Stables of Morehead, Ky., Martin Stables and Adkins Stables captured multiple blues from the show. The proceeds from the show go to the shrine club, who is very thankful for the support they have received from the horse industry.

Doug Stephens and Pusher’s Touch were at the top of Bonner’s card in the Walking Championship for the Stephens family of Grayson, Ky.
