Cavalry Group Sends Call to Action to Defeat H.R. 1518

The Cavalry Group, a private member-based company dedicated to advancing the constitutional rights of law-abiding animal owners and animal related businesses, has issued a call-to-action for members to express their concerns regarding H.R. 1518 to their representatives. H.R. 1518 introduced by Ed Whitfield (R-Ky) and Steve Cohen (D-Tn) would elimate the use of HIOs and ban the use of action devices and pads in the breeds of the Tennessee Walking Horse, Racking Horse and Spotted Saddle Horse.
