The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA) announced today that all proceeds from this year’s installment of the Oak Grove School Horse Show will benefit the Community Center of the Oak Grove School in Decherd, Tennessee. This annual walking horse show is presented and organized by the committee now managing the community center.

The TWHBEA’s Horse Show Development and Support Program is working with the show management team in supporting their efforts of having a quality horse show run as efficiently and effectively as possible from a business standpoint.

The Oak Grove School Community Center Horse Show is slated for Saturday, November 9, 2002. Show time is set for 6:00 p.m. The show will be held at the Southern Middle Tennessee Agricultural Pavilion in Winchester, Tennessee. This is an indoor facility, and will prove an excellent host for this charitable horse show. The show bill boasts twenty-seven classes featuring a diverse agenda, and offers nearly $5,000 in prize money. This year’s judge is Ronal Young of Shelbyville, Tennessee.
