Contender Farms, Lee and Mike McGartland and SHOW HIO filed an amended complaint on March 11, 2016 after the judge issued an order asking them to do so. The judge’s order asked for a shorter, plainer statement of the case without all of the attached evidence in the original complaint. The original suit was filed on February 29, 2016.
